It's been three days and I still haven't been able to access my account because of error 9. EA support tells me that only in-game support can help me, and in-game support says they can't help me and that I have to create a new account. Everyone is passing the buck without providing any help or answers. Does anyone know a way to regain access to their account (in case of loss/hacking/anything else)?
