I have 3 bars LTE service, I think I have a good connection. Day 3 of TB starts and I can't do anything.
Looks like all of us are getting that. I just finally got it after getting the reload screen.
I have lost two arena battles because of this bug. I expect this to be remedied.
Check that, four battles, full bars LTE. Fix this.

Same here. Error code 0, then the endless cycle of restarting the program and it telling me that I havent logged in for over 24 hours and need to reload. Over and over and over.
Rebooted my tablet to clear out of the reload cycle, got into the game and tried to purchase something from the fleet arena store, and once again? ERROR 0... >☹️
MY internet is fine. It's only this game that is having an issue. All the rest work fine, including web browsers.
