I also just received this error code when trying to sign on. Another prompt it gave me said I haven’t logged in for 24 hours (I was playing earlier for dailies) or I had logged in from a device (same phone I’ve had for 1 to 2 years)
Looks like all of us are getting that. I just finally got it after getting the reload screen.
