Just try to change language on your device to English (US) or English (UK) and then try EA connect, It's works for me.😆

Go to EA.com and sign in with the email address you are trying to link it with. Check the status of your EA account first and try it afterwards again.

EA QV TeamCorrect the highlighted errors and try again. The file screen_recording_20230830_212049_heroes.mp4 does not have a valid extension for an attachment and has been removed. jpg, pdf, docx, mpp, xls, ppt, pptx, rar, zip, jpeg, png, txt, log are the valid extensions. I can't send it.
