Zeb second special not working in coliseum

Using zebs second special and targeting drogan (attacker) is now only giving offense up to Zeb and drogan, ignoring the other new republic characters on my team. If I target other roles, I get those buffs applied to everyone, so it just seems to be an attacker specific issue. Super weird and used to work fine.
