error code 102105 when trying to connect to EA connect

I get an error everytime i try to connect to my account to EA connect.
i have attached a image file of what happens every time i click the connect button. And i have searched and looked for solutions for this for a long while, even on here.

Please help as i really want to get my account to EA connect.

my Ally code is: 955-563- 812.
Can also post played id if that heps

@Skadibala 1. set your phones language to english
2. go to settings -> legal -> cross device tracking and enable that
3. restart your phone
4. try to connect again

its sadly didnt work ☹️ got any other ideas. i really would like the be part of ea connect for the login calendars and stuff ☹️
