Hi and thanks for the report. I checked your account and noticed a bunch of asset download errors but there's no way to find out if they are related to the error you're getting or not.
Can you please try to reinstall the game, using a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, then after launching it for the first time, if you can leave it in the Home Screen for around 30 min without playing so it can fully finish all assets correctly?
