Hi Gunner. Just to be safe, I shut down the phone and did a clean reinstall of the game. The fix worked for me and I’m back in the game.
I know you’re probably not the right person to ask, but willl there be compensation for me and my guild for this outage? As the pix show, I can’t claim the last 6 events in the calendar. There’s no way I can get close to completing Conquest at this time. I just missed our guild’s TW. And my guild (Rebel Force Exegol) underperformed in the Krayt Raid and recent TB bc of my absence, as well as missing out on my daily tix.
I hope EA will be able to do the right thing beyond meaningless apologies that don’t really do anything to reinstall my loyalty and confidence in their game and make up for the frustration in falling behind and missing out on team events while trying to support their game through web store purchases.

@EA_Gunner I was also able to get back into the game which I appreciate but I echo@torchwoodny about making this right in some way. As you can see from the screenshot below I missed out on two raids just for starters.
Yes I managed to get into the game. Appreciate the helper render. Am hoping we may get the appropriate compensation for the opportunity cost and distress caused.
I paid $ for the conquest pass which I had minimal chance to use and not to mention missing out on the various events.
I was able to log in successfully.
as many others mentioned before, we lost quite a bit of resources and crystals, not to mention missing out on Conquest shards we can't get from anywhere else. There also seems to be a bug with raid rewards:

There is also the issue with the Conquest Pass I (and some others) paid for, which was not useable (with no fault of our own). Will there be any form of compensation?
also, the question no one asked yet, is it save to buy from the webstore or can this happen again?
