error code 9.0 - can't launch game

Summarize your bug Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error code 9.0 and forced to restart or contact EA help. I've done all the troubleshooting (e.g., reset connection, rebooted device, redownloaded game, cleared Safari cache, turned off cellular data and used wifi only) but nothing is changing. It started midday or early afternoon on 11/16.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It doesn't seem that any guildmates are having trouble, so it's seems local to my instance.

Thanks for the help! It seems to have resolved itself, but I'm not sure why. The game was trying to download something and that's where it seemed to get hung up. So I signed into game center on another device, which allowed it to download that package once, and I was able to access my game. I then double-checked my primary device and the game was past that initial download and launched normally (after not being able to launch for more than a day, including immediately before I tried it on the alternate device). So the problem has been resolved, but I'm not sure of the cause or if the solution was coincidental or something more.
