Error code 9.0 bug lightspeed bundel quest for farmboy luke and Princess leia

I whas trying to play the arena and I whas getting rewards from my rank but when I wanted to claim them I get error code 9.0 and my WiFi is a full 100% ok. Thats 1 issue. Second issue is about the lightspeed quests for farmboy luke and Princess leia. I knew about that today on the 10th of february this lightspeed tokens were unlockable in the journey quests but they are still not in the game what happened did the game crash after the update about the new era characters that came in for the andor era. This is so annoying please ea can you fix this bug
