Error Code 9.0 when trying to import account

Hello, been trying to login to my old SWGOH account after a very long time, save device I previously used. When I try to import and login to my EA account I get error code 9.0. 

Have tried in game support chat and other methods, but nobody is very helpful, hopefully someone knows what the issue is here.
