Error code 9.0

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:iOS

I am facing an error code 9.0 and the game app doesn’t launch.

 

I tried the troubleshoots of following link. But the error continues.

What should I do for solving this error?

  • Have you tried to re-install the application?

    Does your local ISP have any issues?

  • I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But the error was not solved.

    It seems the ISP I’m using had no problems.

    Once I gave up to solve this error, but the app is launched correctly the next morning.

    And the very next day, the error reappeared.

    I tried to do nothing without restarting the app every few hours. The app is launched correctly about 24 hours later.

     It is hard to believe that this is a problem with my network environment. Because all other apps and browsing were fine while the error is occurring.

    Very puzzling, but it’s working fine now.

    @ludwigvb_13 Looking at your logs, we noticed that your GAC defence might cause your issues. Can you remove all your defence teams and re-add them again, please?
