Error Code 9.0

Hi there. I can’t seem to connect my account in my SWGOH (iOS) app. I keep getting error code 9.0 and told to restart. I have, I have reinstalled the game also. Not really sure what else to do.

I also tried to login into the web store with the email address mentioned above and nothing shows up.
