Error Message When Trying to Buy the $29.99 Pack for Depa Billaba

I am having the same issue. And it does not only happen for the Depa Billaba bundle. Anything I try to buy from the webstore, shows up my saved cards on a popup for 1-2 seconds and then the error message appears and I cannot proceed with the purchase.
