Are you trying to link an EA account to your SWGoH account? Or are you trying to recover a SWGoH account?

  @DarthFehnor Have you tried to login to the game as guest first?
  And are you sure you linked your EA account to the game before?

    @EA_Gunner Yes, I did it like that at first, then I tried to link through the have an account button, but I get the error message
