Error when logging into Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes app

@EA_Gunner Yes, I did it like that at first, then I tried to link through the have an account button, but I get the error message

    @DarthFehnor This account was never linked to an EA account. Only to Google Play.

    @EA_Gunner When I try to enter the SWGOH webstore it sends me a verification code and when I enter it I only get an error when logging in. Why does this problem appear?

    @DarthFehnor Because your account is not linked to SWGoH. The system will send you a verification code as long as the email is associated with an EA account.

    To get help with account recovery, you need to contact EA Help.

    @DarthFehnor Have you tried Google Support to get access to the GP account your game is linked with?
    And do you know your case number for the EA Help case?

    @EA_Gunner No, I hadn't tried that, I just spoke to EA support. And no, I don't know that number.
