Error with purchases via Webstore / PC (Canada)

Having issues trying to purchase from Webstore and PC exclusive packs and resources (That typically have 5% discount or exclusive offers for the two platforms). Both my Visa and Mastercard keep getting an error stating "We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank." I've contacted my bank in regards to this issue, checked over all my information to make sure it was accurate and up to date, and nothing.

I've even tried my wife's credit card to make sure it wasn't a personal banking issue, with the same result. I tried PayPal as well, and got the same error prompt.

I've made purchases via my mobile device, with no issue using these three methods, but obviously not getting the exclusive offers or % discounts on an Android device (Google Play)

Anyone else having this issue? I've reached out to EA Help for assistance but needs further investigation. I do not use a VPN or anything shady, but saving a few bucks here or there with some discounts and exclusive deals would be nice.
