ErrorCode 155.0

ErrorCode: 155.0"
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Switch accounts.

When switching between accounts, I often get an error:

"An error has occurred that requires restarting the game. Please check your internet connection as a poor connection could be the issue, then press "Restart" If you have seen this prompt multiple time and have a strong internet connection, then please contact us. ErrorCode: 155.0"

It does not matter what network I am on; WiFi or MobileData (5G). This error did not occur before the update that was pushed in December. I was patient hoping it would be fixed with the latest update.

This happens at least 50% of the time with other times the screen just goes black and requires a force quit. This only happens when switching between accounts.

    This specific error code can have a number of reasons. We've checked our logs for your account and it appears that the server is quite often unable to authenticate your account, resulting in the error and restart. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do to prevent this from happening.

    But this didnt start happening until the update you pushed in December...

    I regularly encounter the same issue.  It is only on Android and when using the in-game account switching function.  It did begin with the last game update in December.

    It more often results in a black screen for me but also the restart message on occasion.  Another thing that happens is screen ghosting after switching accounts where a screen isn’t properly disposed of after displaying a new screen.

    Any plans to correct this? I have been playing this game since launch and have NEVER had this error until the update that was released in Decemeber.

    This line" Unfortunately, there is not much you can do to prevent this from happening." is inaccurate.

    Think about it...

    Dont see this error for years.

    Update happens.

    Error occurs regularly.

    The networks I am on are the same as I have been using without issue before the update and likely have only improved...

    As mentioned in my previous post for this related issue, here is an example of the ghosting that often occurs after switching between accounts.  It's either ghosting, black screen, or restart messages.

    Let's hope the bug that was introduced gets fixed.

    Still no resolution to account switching issues in Android.  Seems to be getting worse in fact.  Either black screen, restart message, or now I can’t even claim bonus energy from the dailies screen without restarting the app.  It works for the first item collected but the subsequent items just blink and remain there and appear and be collectible, but they aren’t collectible until I restart.

    Really annoying if you have an alternate account.

    I'm keeping this alive because it's still very much a live issue and now even Android is telling me how bad it is in my device maintenance.  Sad but funny.

    No reason for you guys to worry about this anymore. Quitting. The total lack of development, care for the gaming community, and tone-deaf response to the banning of Ahnald and release of Jedi Luke was enough.

    Fun while it lasted.
