Missing the rewards & crates from the Coliseum after completing the Quest.

Hi Dev,

Was missing the rewards & crates from the Coliseum. Not sure if this is a common issue, but I can't seem to upgrade the era toons without those precious materials. I had jump 2 ranks from 4- 6, but no materials at all. This will set back to my era currency daily earnings. 

Please look into this. It's a disappoinment cause I climbed  3 ranks with no rewards.
