@matorrealba 9.78 means you want to import an account with EA Connect while there is a active Google or Gamecenter Connection, that can not be overriden because another Google or Gamecenter is already bound.

Logout from Google/Gamecenter and try again

Follow this article to import your account to a different device. The feature within the game isn't active yet.

I follow the procedure but i still have the same problem. Don't you have any other solutions ? Because lots of people have this problem and no one want to solve it
