Ewok Scout LSB issue

Hi,
I wanted to purchase the Ewok Scout LSB a few days ago on the webstore, it said transaction completed, but I didn't recieve the confirmation email. Checked on it yesterday in the store, it said transaction still in progress I just have to wait. So I did, but I didn't get anything in game either. It was still in progress today, so I canceled it and purchased it again. Now I got the email and the message ingame to claim it, but when I did I only got ~600 crystals.

Could someone help me get what I paid for? My ally code is 616-917-388.
