How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Executor’s “Breach of Protocols” ability not working as intended. It says “dispel tenacity up and deals damage to all enemies”, but if it misses it doesn’t dispel tenacity and that shouldn’t happen. So in a mirror you just end up in a HUGE disadvantage because you can’t mark the enemy Razor Crest and they mark yours…
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just make the Executor miss on purpose and there you go.

This is not a bug and is working as intended. Dispels can be evaded and resisted, unless stated otherwise.
