Ezra Exile Backup Plan is Bugged.

Allys that got Backup Plan from Ezra do not Revive when beeing killed. This is because the Backup Plan Effects where capsuled into a subhandler. Unfortunally the Main thing and the Handler both trigger on Death, but the main thing also expires on Death. So if someone dies, The Subhandler is never triggered, because the Mainhandler is triggered but the subhandler would only be triggere don the next Death event.

To Fix this, Change the First Effect to End Of Round. This will lead to the subhandler beeing applyed properly, and triggering on death.
