Failed purchase of episode pass

I tried to buy episode pass from the in-game store and after veryfing the purchase it logged me out and didn't activate the pass even though my bank app shows the funds as reserved.

If i try to activate it again it redirects me to the purchase verification again as if it wants me to pay again. (I canceled it of course)

EDIT: Now when a try to "activate" episode pass from in-game store it doesn't refirect to purchase verification. Instead it says i have already purchased it.

I purchased the Episode Pass from the webstore and when it redirected back from PayPal, I got an error and never received the pass. Now I am going to be behind on getting to tier 3 and losing out on shards.
