Changing primary email on ea account has lost ability to use webstore

Last week I changed the primary email associated with my ea account and upon logging into the webstore with my new primary email, a level 1 account showed up. I have managed to delete the connection between the level 1 account and that primary email but I cannot access my 13m gp account in the webstore anymore. 

I have tried the in app help but even after responding immediately to the help desk questions, they ignore it for 8 hrs before handing it off to someone new who links a random article and closes the ticket. Not sure what to do. Actively trying to spend money on the game and getting no assistance.
