This morning while doing my dailies, I fat fingered a 1200 crystal purchase of character shards for a character I already have at 7 stars. You guys already disable such purchases in other places where shards are maxed, why not here?
After posting on Reddit, I was told you guys have graciously helped other people with such issues. Could you please help restore the crystals?

I kind of figured that technical support would actually reply in this channel. Not a great way to encourage people to keep playing/spending, especially given the current negative vibe going with SWGOH.
You won't get this back, we all lost crystals over the years. Your best bet is the in game help link but that gets old real fast waiting on replies. I'd just consider this a loss and move on.
