Finalizer/Raddus events stuck and cannot get Profundity

This is also the case for me. I have never seen the Profundity or Leviathan events. I have all of the Profundity requirements done and cannot unlock it. I've checked the journey guide each day (specifically on the 30th and 31st) and have never been able to even start tier 1.
