Fixing the 500 crystal packs

Hello,

So for a long while now I've been unable to buy the 500 crystal packs since I live in Belgium... Can't anything be done about that bull**bleep**? I know the problem stands with some **bleep** Belgian law, but can't anything be done by CG so they become available in the webstore?
