Fleet Mastery Event Bug

I have 90/100 shards for Executrix. The Fleet Mastery Event is currently bugged for me saying that "This battle is locked to players that own a 7-star Executrix Capital Ship". The other two capital ship events were fine, but of course the one I need most is bugged and I'd hate to miss out on this opportunity.
