The Executrix thing is an actual bug, they're investigating it. As for the others, simply judging by the shards for Home One, everything is WAI. It's part of the latest update. Home One, Executrix (the only one bugged), Endurance, Finalizer, Raddus - even if you don't have them actually at 7 stars, once you have enough shards to be able to get them there, the event / bonus tier is locked. Home One, yours is currently stuck at 6 stars but you have 100/100 shards to get him finished, so the event is now locked for you.
Even if it’s so I don’t care about other, but I would like to finish collecting The Executrix.
