Fleets on defense playing out of turn.

Summarize your bug Several times I have had ships jump out of order and go ahead of my ship for no reason. Once it was a 181 HMF going ahead of my 182 ETA2. Once it was a 187 HMF going ahead of my 188 Umbaran, and then several times recently a slower Home One has gone ahead of my faster ETA2. It happened to me again maybe 15 minutes ago. As the title and description say, I am having issues where sometimes ships take turns out of order.

The opposing ships have always been HT, Biggs, and HMF when this occurred.

Breach gives -25% speed.

The breach description was unfortunately removed when multiple ships started inflicting it, in order to treat or consistently with other status effects.

The real problem is there is no good manual/summary of them anywhere. But it's not that different from having to read descriptions on other debuffs in game.

I think the confusion here is because HT has a unique which gives additional effects to Breached enemies, and since it introduced Breach and is still the most commonly used ship that employs it, that effect can easily be confused with the debuff description.

Where does it say breach gives -25% speed?
I see -25% armor, resistance, and evasion.
Hence why I say it's a bug.
