Former Guildmate didn't receive TB box

Question

I am an officer in a two-guild community. At the end of the most recent TB, we did some roster shuffles between the two:

Something Maulful
Qui GoonJinn

We waited 2 hours after TB ended to start our moves, but one of the players who was moved, Simbe Roons, did not receive his TB payout box. He's tried submitting a help ticket, but the support team is saying they can't find evidence he participated in the TB.

We have hotbox exports that show every player's contributions, and I can provide those if it helps. It seems like this is something that can be easily confirmed though? Can someone please take a look?

@Chilichimp As I understand it, to collect rewards from a TB, you need to be a member of that guild. This means if you leave (or were removed) from said guild, you will lose the opportunity to collect those rewards.

It sounds like that player was kicked out (aka removed) of the guild before he/she had a chance to collect the rewards and therefore has lost the opportunity to collect the rewards.

Pro tip to everyone, when it comes to a guild event, always collect the rewards ASAP!

He was removed 2 hours after TB paid out. They should have been sitting in his inbox.

@Chilichimp If he didn't log into the game within those two hours his rewards are usually lost. He needs to sync his account whilst in the guild to get the correct rewards.&nbsp;

Players need to claim rewards before leaving a guild. Raids work in a similar way.
