Free 1000 crystal, game reboot and lost :D
I get the pop up about the free 1000 crystals and my game reboot because I've opened the web store minutes before. And then I've no pop up about gems and no gems added. EA help said they can't do any...

I did the same exact thing. I’m so pissed. You hear anything yet?
Eventually it appeared again but totally random. I tried changing from pc to mobile but indeed random later appear. Although today they pop up some free pirates fragments and it happened the same again, and still haven't see that free fragments again.
