Frozen battle

So I'm in Kyber 2, I won the first two rounds of GAC and I think I can win the 3rd but instead my battle freezes and now I'm forced to just sit and watch the timer run out.

Even after the timer reaches zero I still can't submit, so I'm forced to restart the game and when I get back on, the loss counts, my team is gone but the kill I got doesn't stand.

This is really frustrating, now I have an uphill battle right from the start and I have to change my entire attack plan.

CG, when are you going to fix your game?
