    Thank you for your report. We have checked the logs available to us and were unable to see anything that might have caused the issue you encountered.

    Can you please take a look at our troubleshooting guide in the holes that it may help in the future.

The same happened to me, but not in the battle of fleets.

The error happened in the round 3 of the Grand Arena, on the date of 01/24/2022.

After starting a battle in the Grand Arena, and making some attacks, the battle stucked. The skill menu disappeared, activating or deactivating the auto-battle button did not result in any character actions; the settings button (gear) was 'off' and could not be accessed; the combat time continued to be counted.

There were no connection problems. During the bug I was able to enter the game's internal chat and donate some equipment. Upon returning to battle, the problems remained the same.

I made a video, but the topic does not accept videos.

The team lost by the bug in the battle was crucial, and it made me drop in rank.
