    Predictable answer EA Gunner. How about CG actually troubleshoot their own game instead trying to pass it back to the customer?

    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
    Summarize your bug GAC gameplay froze. Timer still counted down, chat still worked. Nothing in the "basic troubleshooting guide" would prevent this so don't refer us to that. If it was my connection or phone, the timer wouldn't continue to count down and chat wouldn't work.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Actually look into this issue instead of just pointing to the troubleshooting guide and giving yourself a high five.
