Hi earlier this evening in the last round of gac, I put my queen amidala team in against my opponents queen amidala team and my decoy was not present and could not be summoned is this right. I've never done this battle before, will one stop the other one coming.
No the fact that this was a mirror match doesn't affect the summon.
The handmaiden summon ability requires that all allies be Galactic Republic and that there be no Galactic legend or scoundrel allies. I'm going to guess that you brought in a character that didn't meet these requirements.
