GAC loss & submit crashes

Anyone else experiencing this?  For the last few weeks, not just in GAC, but generally whenever there is an option after a battle now to"submit" or "forfeit" and i submit, frequently I will get an error message, the game will need to be restarted, and it won't count the progress, but it will count as a battle in GAC and take away the team I used.  Frustrating, as its cost me at least 2-3 GAC matches, where i could have won by whittling down a team, but it was not possible to do so.
