GAC No buttons and match wouldn't end

How often does the bug occur? Often

Summarize your bug: GAC match got frozen. Slkr counter vs LV. Buttons disappeared. Animations were still active and timer counted down to zero, but match would not end. Had connection the whole time. Tried setting airplane mode, tried switching to lte and back. Sent message in chat. Sent part to guild members.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In game.

Connection Type Wifi, lte, airplane mode.

Imp troopers vs GAS

Buttons disappeared. Animations were still active. Tried putting it on auto that didnt help. Could still donate and type in chat so connection was there.

You know there's nothing on my end that I can troubleshoot? Animations were working. Chat is working. Wifi connected. How do I troubleshoot missing buttons and the match not ending when the timer runs out when those things are working. It's not on our end, it's on yours. 

It occurs after the AI performs their turn. Buttons disappear during the AI's turn and while transitioning to the player's turn, under certain circumstances something happens and the buttons never return. Look there.

Ok, here's some troubleshooting. All the character examples above have one thing in common, they all have a counter. SLKR - Siphon, Starkiller - Force Energy, Piett - The Emperor's Trap, even GAS while kneeling. They all have this "Blackboard Modify" buried in the abilities that happened just prior to the buttons disappearing and the timer not functioning correctly. 

Maybe try looking there?

Edit: Also, this causing an ability to get hung up explains why the buttons don't reappear and the timer counts down, but the match doesn't end. The ability never finishes. The ability has to finish otherwise the buttons will never come back and the match won't end.
