GAC restart issue

Whenever I lose or win a battle in GAC it tells me I have to restart. It gave me the points but I have to restart every single time. Forgot to screenshot but I think said “client out of sync” and error code 23 or something. Also, my chat button and my connect button both disappeared. How can I fix this?
