GAC scoring bug

My opponent in GAC had a max score at the start of the attack phase last week (Season 61, Event 2, 3rd Battle). I don't think my opponent was cheating as there wasn't evidence to that in the GAC history (his ally code: 845-971-841). This is a known bug that multiple people have complained about on these forums but obviously nothing has been done about it. I took the loss that round and got moved down consequentially. In-game help was not helpful and offered zero compensation for this loss. It's been a week and no word from anyone about fixing this situation. 

Even if I don't get compensated (at least clone wars chewie shards at this point come on), this bug needs to be fixed.
