Galactic Challenege momentum feat not working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? can see over 150 momentum on a tusken (or Boba Sion) and don't get feat

I've tried various combos of Tuskens, Boba Sion get over 150 momentum on different tiers, never get reward

    Lower tiers, still no feat. These rewards shouldn't be ignored because of an obvious glitch.

    There's reports of this being an earned vs. an inflicted issue but to test it properly you would need to test it with different tuskens in the squad.  

    I used 5 tuskens at Tier 5 and got 150 - Feat Reward Obtained.

    I also got it using SEE + Tuskens Tier 6

    Bit Dynasty suggests 5 Tuskens Tier 9 using Chieftain Leader with his Zeta but the 3 Original are Relic

    If this feat only counts the Momentum awarded from an ally attack and not from an enemy infliction then it needs to be corroborated with CG
