I ran into this issue in Conquest twice, after using the ultimate I get to a state where I can't use any actions and the enemy doesn't take a turn.
CS gave me troubleshooting steps for a freeze or crash, but it's not that - I can interact with all of the other buttons on the screen. It would be great to see some sign of ownership of this issue on CG's end.
