Grand Arena preloaded defence bug - AGAIN ! How long it will take to you guys to fix this bug, and will you compensate me for your mistakes ? Giving the opponent free win isnt ok for me !! I gave you my money and facing what ? Bug after bug - how long it will take to fix all the sh@ts you made ?!?!

We are still investigating this rare issue. As for compensation, this would be up to studio once the issue is resolved.
