Sad to see, people still encountered this stupid glitch and CG is too busy sitting on their **bleep**.
My advice to you is, do not hit ULTIMATE. Yes, it means no playing with AUTO... Play your battle manually to make sure AI doesn't hit ultimate and you will get through your 2 waves with ease. Same goes in conquest, squad arena, etc. You are risking the glitch, as soon as you reach hit the ultimate. You can still win without the ultimate, might just be a little more tedious.
