Thank you for your report. We are aware of the issue and are investigating. You can try to reinstall the app.
Game is still crashing, have to uninstall and reinstall constantly. Samsung galaxy S10e. I've done all the troubleshooting, cache etc. Including with my carrier. You have never answered me by email. By the time you respond here,I fear i will gave to uninstall and reinstall again, losing any possible reply, tho it was fine for 5 days and you people didn't answer. What is the issue??? Thus is my 4th or 5th report. Your feedback site shows this now as a consistent issue that you're not fixing. 6+ yrs and a lot of money spent. I'm upset!!!
I have continually uninstalled and reinstalled the app almost daily. This is a known issue with more than just myself. I have done all the troubleshooting possible
I am having the app crashing issue too on my Samsung S21.
Seems to be after there was a hotfix 2-3 days ago. When I launch the andoid app, it crashes to android desktop. When I try loading multiple times it comes up with an android error saying the app has a bug.
If I uninstall the app, OR delete cache & appdata.. it will fix the issue temporarily. Later that day, or 100% the next morning I will have the same issue again.
