Game chrashes when I want to buy anything

Dear CG/EA employees,

This happens every time when I want to buy the new episode pass or anything else. That function in the game just totally doesnt work for me anymore. Anything else in the game functions normally. Please fix this asap. I have tried to contact EA help within game but I don't really get a response. I'll miss out on a lot of shards like this..

Having the exact same problem for over 2 weeks now. I have contacted EA about this 2 times already. "We are looking into the issue"
Fix this please, we are missing out on chards and progress!
