Game Crash During Morgan Elsbeth Marquee Event - No Shards
As stated above, the game crashed during the marquee event and now I cannot get the Morgan Elsbeth shards for tier 1 to unlock the character. Player ID included in screenshots.

I can't play it. The game freezes when I start it.
Update: I was able to do it on the phone, but not on the tablet.

None of these comments helped, as when the game crashed it locked the tier as though I completed it, but did not give me the Morgan Elsbeth shards. Very much hoping someone can help with this so I can unlock the character.
