Mods… where have they gone!

I’m a returning player, really enjoying getting back into playing and even bought the HyperDrive Bundle.

I noticed that every time I assigned mods to a character they would disappear, as if they were a one time use item.

I tried to go through support and was told they were aware if the problem and may get back to me if they find a solution.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message in the in game inbox advising that I could claim the missing mods - unfortunately everytime I try to claim it states that there is not enough room and I need to sell mods.

So I deleted the worst mods I had, not enough room. I deleted all of the good mods and left only the best, but still not enough room. I’ve deleted all the mods, and still…..not enough room!

Anyone else run into anything like this and able to help me please? 🙏
