Game crashed during reva mission

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Iphone

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug Game crashed, simply shut down doing reva mission. Waiting (a month?) to do an event, then having to spend all that time (and game currency) just to do a single attempt and it just crashes?!? That’s just a seriously bad experience.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure… I had to wait a month for a single try like everyone else. It’s the first time the mission has crashed for me in 3 or 4 attempts.

Hard to get more info when the game just shuts down. I’m sooooo frustrated after all that effort.

Hello there, I imagine that this is a little vague for the dev team. Would you mind sharing a couple more details, such as team comp, Last ability used, what wave you were on (or if it never let you in)?

I submitted the bug shortly after the crash. I was playing around midnight a couple days ago.
Regarding other details, I was using inquisitors of course with 8th brother on the bench.
The battle was early stage (first phase) only a few turns in, with grand inquisitor just getting to his “ready to die?” Move to get tenacity up to block the thermal detonators.
then the app closed and the time spent remodding is wasted, let alone having to wait a whole month to get a single shard, the opportunity to do so required months of effort to permit.
Of all the moments the game could crash this is a particularly bad one.
